Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a transfer or using the services of Allianz Cars ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Bookings & Confirmations

• All bookings made online are subject to vehicle availability and approval.
• Prices are calculated based on mileage, vehicle class, and pickup/dropoff locations.
• A booking is only guaranteed once a confirmation email containing your Booking Reference has been received and payment is completed.
• We reserve the right to substitute vehicles for equivalent or higher standard vehicles if necessary.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 12 to 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.
• If a passenger fails to show up within the allocated waiting time (60 minutes for airport pickups, 15 minutes for local pickups) without contact, the booking will be treated as a "No-Show" and is non-refundable.
