We use the collected information purely for the operational execution of our services:
- To schedule and execute transfers, and share journey details with assigned drivers.
- To send booking confirmation emails and updates.
- To handle invoicing and secure transaction processing.
- To comply with regulatory standards required by Guildford Borough Council, Transport for London (TfL), and other licensing authorities.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We never sell or rent your personal data. We only share details with trusted third parties essential to service delivery:
- Stripe: Our payment gateway provider for secure transaction processing.
- Resend: Our email delivery service provider.
- Licensed Drivers: ONLY travel-specific pickup, dropoff, name, and instruction details are shared to complete the transfer safely.
